Impossible to Change Channel Packs, Customer Service Phone Number Hidden

I want to change the channel packs that I have. If I am on the build my Fios page there isn't actually any way to do this. There is no way to find a customer service number on the website. There is no way to chat. The automated search functions return no results. If this continues, I will simply cord cut and be done with you, Verizon. Can anyone help?

When I log in to my Verizon Account.
If I go under Services, TV I get what I have currently.
And there is a button to change channel packs.
