I signed up way back in sept for the internet video trial. I recieved an email on 10-27saying my test dvr was being shipped they also attached download and setup info which i followed but im still waiting for the dvr. I recently tried to change my channel package and add a regular hd box BUT they found a non completed order which after digging around turns out its for the test dvr. I CANNOT change ,or add anything to my account till this order completes. I have emailed the trial team BUT no replies to date.
I dont mind testing things for VZ but locking my account and not contacting me is a bit annoying. Can someone give them my info and get me some updates PLEASE.

Your account isn't so much locked as it is barred from having any changes made on the video side. As long as that order is open it will be extremely difficult to place video orders for you. Please PM the order number if you have it(if not provide me with the name on account and address) and i will see what i can do for you.

That would be great, thanks. I would appreciate it. If you are not able to, or if the team is full, its all good. It would be great to be a tested so I would have the info to help others out with when it gets rolled out to everyone. Thanks.

I had a close to identical experience to hofs1. Signed up for the Internet Video trial in September, never got the box, and account changes were locked out. Took me 4 calls with total of 8 verizon people to get the test box order removed from my account so I could upgrade to 20/5 and ExtremeHD package. That cancellation required what a Verizon employee told me was an "Order Hindrance" ticket. A week later, 11/18, I got 20/5 and the ExtremeHD package, but required cancelling the text box order, which I have no idea how to reinstate, since that option appeares to be gone from the Web page that started this Kafka-esque trip.
