Lost Fios TV during storm but internet and phone works. Have tried rebooting STB, both STB and router, and STB, router, and ONT. error message 11011. After rebooting gets stuck at 25% of loading programming. TV tech came and thinks it’s one of the boxes or systemic problem but can’t contact Verizon by chat or phone. I have pictures But don’t see anyway to load them. Thanks in advance.

What fios boxes do you have? 1100, or the new 4100 boxes? Did you check the ONT for a green light for Video?

Both video and fail lights are off on the ONT. not sure which box. It’s 9 x 7 x 2.
