• Orders must be placed from 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays).
• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
We just recently switched to Ultimate HD and with it were able to watch movies on Starz. Now, suddently a week later we can no longer get Starz and when I've asked about it I've been told we've never been subscribed to it. I'd like to get a history of our VOD movies that we've watched in the past week so I can prove that we did, in fact, have Starz. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thank you! That would explain it. The free preview & our upgrade happened at the same time. Funny that the customer service rep didn't tell me about the free preview, it would have answered my question.
