My FIOS TV has been out for 4 days.
Checking online I am told there is an out age in my area. NOT TRUE my next door neighbors have not had problems.
I have called support 3 times and waited 30+ minutes each time with no luck.
All I want to do is get service. How do I get hold of someone to help? Any suggestions?????
Worst customer service I have ever run in to.

I always get through when I call 1-800-VERIZON and I follow the menu to tech support. also try chat support. you click Contact Us at the bottom of the page and it lets you open a chat with them

It is impossible and nobody will ever assume responsibility. They just don't seem to care. I empathize with your problem because I have the same thing here. The fastest I've ever talked to a live person was about 20 min. They act as though I'm the technician and need to fix their sub-par equipment. It's cable tv, why is it so difficult for them to provide that or the service to fix it?
