Issue with changing TV Package online

Just wanted to throw this out there and see if anyone else is having problems too.

I have been trying to add a movie package online through "My Verizon" for the last couple of days. Every time I choose the option It gives me the "unable to process request" error message. So I went to the main Fios page and tried to add it from there. Again, after picking the package, I am prompted to login and I get the same error. I then went to the contact us page to get the Customer Service number, was prompted to input zip code. Again got the the same error message. Any Oregon zip code that I typed got the same message.

So, what I am wondering is if this has something to do with the fact that the Fios service for Oregon was sold off to Frontier and would like to see if someone from any of the other 12 states that were sold off is experiencing any thing similar?

I never had this issue before my Fios service was sold.

At the risk of me exposing my "completely out of the Verizon/Frontier Loop" status, I would like to say that I'm almost certain that the deal in question has not been finalized, thus that could not possibly be the cause of this issue.  You may want to call into the sales department to have them add the package in question.
