Been having an issue mainly with NBC sports and NBC sports Philadelphia channels. 590, 576, 591, 587, 580 and sometimes cartoon network. I've reset my ONT, router, boxes. pulled the plugs on all of them brought them back online in the correct order. So i threw a post online and 25 people i know are having the same issue, figures though nobody called. so i asked them all to call in but everyone is fearfull of the 99 dollar charge cause all they want to do is blame the lines to the house. If it was just me i'd say okay... my problem. when i put a post out online asking generally anyone have a fios issue, and let people tell me the channels they are seeing back without me saying it - i know its not just my problem.
The guy on the phone told me theres nothing he can do other than have someone come check out my cables, they ones they installed, which are now mine. if there is a problem i get charged. if its centralized i loose my time from work waiting on an apointment. Why can't support just put a ticket into the L2 guys to look at the area? i don't get it someone please help me out here...

Can you take you router and one of the boxes and plug directly into the ONT? That will rule out any issue in your house if the problem still exists. The problem could be the ONT and a tech will need to replace it. I am in Philly area too and have no issues with those channels.
