My son just noticed that a line is down in our backyard & it looks like it is a line for our cable/internet.  Who should I call to see about this??

Presuming by "cable and Internet" you mean your Verizon FiOS TV and Internet service, try the Verizon Fiber Solutions Center at  (888) 553-1555.
