Just want to thank not only the two techs that have visited my house the last couple days - for a TV reinstall and a quick tech fix - but also the telephone support staff that tried everything they could to fix a funky DVR. Helpful, polite and most importantly, problem fixed. I know the V* support staff takes a lot of flack in some of these parts, but my experiences are always pretty pleasant.

I agree with your comments. I've had FiOS for 4 1/2 years, and have had only two problems. They were solved quickly and efficiently.
