Just got FIOS installed and keep getting black screen

Hi,

I just got FIOS installed yesterday, everything was working fine when technician left.

Wife told me today main DVR TV screen keeps going black, and keeps going out.

Verizon said they did a refresh, not sure if problem has been resolved.

If it keeps happening any ideas?  Internet is working fine but that is on separate coax cable directly.

This problem has been solved by going into a FIOS store and they recommened I try the 7216 model instead.

So far seems to have been fixed.
