LG Smart TV (Smart Remote and Fios Box)

Trying to setup my new LG TV smart remote to work with my Fios.   My box is an Arris which isnt listed so I choose Not in list and it gave me 75 remotes to try.  I tried everyone one but never got the channel to change.  Any ideas?

Arris bought the part of Motorola that produces these STB.  So look for Motrola if you don't see Arris.
