I have been waiting for over an hour for a customer service rep to pick up the phone. I wanted to watch the Brown vs.. Yale but YES HAD was unavailable like most of my HD channels. I need to ask myself why I pay so much for cable when the channels I want to watch don't work the agent finally answered at the hour and ten minutes.
