Unfortunately the survey logged off before I could complete following a recent live chat. I tried to get another survey but was told could not do. I can only hope this falls on the proper eyes.
I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH FANTASTIC SERVICE .My agent was Kazeem, who showed unbelieveable patience, knowledge and concern for my issues. Again, he was a 10+, and derves this recognition.
