Ever since the verizon update last week. I have notice that live tv and dvr recording skip alot. It is very annoying to watch tv now. I have reset the box 3 times now and still have the same problem.
Wonder if anyone esle is having the same issue. My 2 other boxes are working just fine no issues on them yet. I'm sure they will have issues later on.
I'm sorry to hear about your frustration with the interruption of your picture. It sounds like a signalling problem which can cause the screen to "skip" , get little blocks scambeled on the screen, or an all black screen saying "Currently unavailale. To try to correct this, unscrew the coax cord from the wall and the back of the set top box, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in. If you have futher problems, please send me a private message.
