Loss of Windows Media Center Guide data when FIOS headend changes

I view Verizon FIOS TV via a Verizon CableCard and Windows Media Center

The Pittsburgh FIOS (digital) headend was changed on or about June 2, 2013

This stops access of the Guide Data.

You see this in the "Event Viewer"  "Applications and Services Logs" "Media Center"

(find Event Viewer from Start Button search for   event)

The event message contains  ...   Failed to retrieve EpgListings (Error: HeadendId 177570243 is invalid.)

To align with the new FIOS headend. Run the Windows Media Center TV Signal Setup again

Green Button | Tasks | Settings | TV | TV Signal | Setup TV Signal

It would be helpful for Verizon FIOS to send a message to CableCard customers when they change the FIOS headend so they can realign with the new headend before they lose the Guide data.

I've had the same problem in Bergen county NJ and have set up the cable card tuners at least 20 times with no success. I think it's Verizons plan to get rid of cable card users.

Has anyone been able to solve this perminently?
