Lost my Fios TV menu, On Demand, widgets and wireless. Still have internet

I am using a MI424WR Rev D router. I have done the following troubleshooting. Powered down the router, reset the router. Powered down both Set top boxes and still missing all items in subject.

Luckily my internet is working. Still have a TV image.

Does anyone have any ideas. I may need a new router. I have had thisrouter since Fios came out.  Note: Coaxial and wireless lights on router are also not working.. May be a bad board.
