MR DVR won’t play recorded shows

I’ve tried troubleshooting, resetting the router, unplugging the StB, and I’ve been on hold w CS for 1 hour 10 minutes. Help! My shows are recorded, I just cannot play them back on my 2nd DVR.

I haven't had a legacy box for a couple of years.

But there used to be an option to fix mrdvr under support.

I assume they play fine on the host DVR?
