Quite some channels particularly MSNBC does not function, there are frequent dropouts (complete loss of channel) or freezes in video and or audio sometimes both. The only online solution with the silly live chat is to reset the set top boxes which has never
offered much more than a 10 to 15 min fix of the problem. Is anyone else experiencing this problem ? is there agood fix for this?
Resetting the box will not fix that. Drop outs like that are a signal drop. This is easily fixed in most cases by unscrewing the coax cord from the wall to the box on both ends. Screw both back on. If you are still experiencing problems, please send me a private message so we can test the signal.
