funny story. I remember reading that the exclusivity agreement was actually expired, and that they (msnbc) could exit that contract, but because they haven't bothered to re-negotiate another one with cablevision or verizon, that it simply hasn't changed how it's being broadcast, and because it hasn't been renegotiated, that the old legalities still apply until such time as they do a new contract.
