MULTI ROOM DVR

Hi, I signed up for the verizon bundle a few months ago.  We have the net, phone, and fios.  We have a DVR in the living room, and 2 boxes in other rooms.  When the verizon man set it all up, he insisted that we could watch our recorded programs in anyroom with a box, but we can't.  I've called verizon a few times for other things, and would greatly prefer to solve this problem without stressing myself out on the phone with them...Does anyone know how to set this up, or if it even exists? lol

This is called the Multi-Room DVR function.  It is programming that Verizon must add to your DVR and to your account (an extra feature) for you to be able to use it.
