I'm trying to modify my DVR series recordings online at My Verizon. When I go to the list of Series, and click the "edit" button on the right, a dialog opens up and I briefly see controls within to to set the various options (episodes to keep, etc). Then the dialog changes to say "there was a problem with the STB, please try again later".
My STB (VMS1100) is working fine, and things are recording alright. I just want to modify a lot of my series' options, and the response time on the VMS1100 is so slow, it's maddening to modify a lot of series at once.
