I found I needed to allow third party cookie sharing and keeping files after closing the browser (even though I never closed browser). Flash apparently honors this now and clears out the authorization it getsafter checking Verizon and so the authorization info keeps getting deleted before Max Go, Showtime anytime, etc, get to see the info.

Thanks - I tried clearing out cookies, always accepting cookies from third party sites and still didn't work. Appreciate the help.

There was an authentication system outage over thge weekend that appears resolved. it is now working for me.
