In-Store or Curbside Pickup:
• Orders must be placed from 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays).
• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
I will apologize up front if this is a repost. There is a Media DVR HD connected to a Plasma using HDMI. On demand works with no issue (HD or SD), however, none of the other channels stay working. They will display with/without sound for approx 15-30 seconds and then display "Currently Unavailable" or a completely pixelated picture comes through. This is on every single channel and only on this one box and TV set through out the house. I switched it with one of the SD boxes and it works fine (NO HD). This lets me know its not the cable connection from the wall. I have attempted to unplug the cable connection, switched coax cables, power on and power off the cable box. I am completely at a lost here.
