I am getting this error when trying to run the Media Manager: Media Manager installer is having problemaccessing the server to download runtime components. Please try again. What does this mean???

This error could be the result of a few different causes. But, most likely sounds like a firewall issue. Try disabling all firewalls, including windows firewall and trying again.
