We got the Fios triple play and have had nothing but issues. We finally got all the TV's working on Thursday and then went to turn on a TV and there is an announcement saying that while there isn't an issue with our service we need to log onto the internet (which obviously we have done) and follow the directions. If this doesn't work, then we are to call an 800 number. Logging on didn't provide a clue and the office is closed at the 800 number.
Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas what to do? It would be really nice to be able to watch football today.
