Missing On Demand Programming

Our On Demand programming has not updated since 9/28 for any station.  Tech support reset our set top box, twice, but we are still having the issue.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Is there a way to resolve it?

I went to FIOS TV central and checked the VOD listings and they hadn't been updated either-no new shows since 9/28.  I called Verizon and informed them of the problem.  I figured it wasn't an equipment problem, if these listings were the same as I saw on my TV.  They did discover that there is an outage that they had not been aware of and will be working on fixing it.  They will get back to me on Monday and let me know the progress-whether it is fixed or how long till it will be fixed.  So to repeat it is not an equipment problem, it is something on their end.   I will let you know when I hear anything.

I have the same problem-but have not called to report it.  Does tech support say the programs are up to date?

I called again last night after writing this post and they tried all the same things again, no luck.  The person I spoke with said he would submit a ticket to the video department (I think that was the name) and that I should hear back in 23 hours.  It sounds like something isn't updated on their end, so I couldn't get any **bleep**her with tech support.  If you are having the same issue, I would call.  Maybe if enough people pester them, they will actually do something!

it will be updated when it is updated

I seriously can not imagine calling in multiple times about the free video on demand, and then posting about it as well

but to each is own

it is america, you have the right to complain... and most do

Bob Robertson - Normally I don't justify posts like yours with a response, but this time I will.  I hardly think On Demand is "Free" when I pay over $130/month for my triple play package.  {please keep your posts courteous}

For those who do care: There was a problem on Verizon's end that they were not aware of.  They have now fixed the issue.  And now I can watch NCIS from 9/29.  Smiley Happy

you could pay less, and still get the same VOD content... since there is no charge for it... by definition, it is free. I even think it is in the ALL FREE VOD folder....

but, hey I am glad that the VOD was updated and you can watch your show

remeber the times when you had to actually be at home at the time the show came on, if you wanted to watch it?

we have gotten spoiled with all this technology, and cant stand it when something does not work.
