Missing Sound on One Channel Only

A couple days ago my STB reset itself and reinitialized.  Since then there's only one channel- Bravo HD- that is having intermittent sound problems. 

It seems like once I record a show on that network, something happens to the audio.  I've had recordings without sound; or the recording is fine by the channel itself has no audio once the recording concludes. 

There's a reset box option in troubleshooting that seems to fix the issue, but it returns.

Anyone else experiencing this and found a permanent fix?  I tried going through chat support, but their only real solution seems to be disconnecting and reconnecting everything, which I've already done.
