Monitoring Verizon STBs with the FiOS DVR Manager

Is anyone out there using the Verizon DVR manager app for iPhone?  If so how many set top boxes do you manage.  I know folks that have three but now Verizon Tech support is trying to tell me they don't support more than one.  I know that's wrong.

I use the latest iPad app and it supports all three of my dvrs. Pretty slick. The blackberry version forces you to choose one dvr.
