Motorola QIP 7232 Muti-Room DVR and eSATA expansion

Message 1 of 2

when i logged into verizon.com/fiostvcentral to check my recordings I saw that eSATA expansion is now available.  I am thinking of getting an external storage drive.  does anyone have any recommendations as to which are the best?

Is it very easy to connect with the fios DVR and get it working?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

This question has been asked many times, search is your friend..... Smiley Very Happy Here is a link to one thread:

Just keep in mind that you MUST have the new 1.9 level of the IMG for attaching an external drive. Most FiOS TV users do not yet have 1.9, I have no way to know whether you do or not.
