Movies Purchased For Rent On Flex View Do Not Appear On TV In Library

Hi,

 

I purchased 2 movies to watch on my TV from Flex View and they do not appear in the "My Library" section in the On Demand menu. When I checked my account online they appear as rented and the clock for watching them is running down but I can't watch them on my TV as they do not exist on there. Any suggestions?
