Multi Room DVR NOT working in other rooms

Hi,
I have had Verizon Fios with the Multi Room DVR service for over two years now, and for some reason since a few nights ago, I haven't been able to access any of my recorded programs in any other room except where the main Multi Room DVR is located. It keeps saying please check to see if any programs are recorded, and try to unplug the unit, which I have done numerous times already to no avail.
Any ideas? It's driving me nuts!

call them. sounds like there might be some box issues. What is the version numbers in all boxes (menu/settings/system info/build)?
They might be able to so something remotely.

Perhaps try to reset the router. Then do a power down reset the STBs after the Internet light turns green. After the router comes back online, reset the DVR first by unpluging it for a few minutes.
