After losing my TV service on Friday morning, I finally got all channels back this morning. Now, the living room DVR is out of service. I waited on hold for 60 minutes with FIOS TV support for a technician to answer the call; never happened. I also tried resetting the box and using the on-line repair "tools" to no avail. Hopefully, those monitoring this site will contact ME to fix the problem. This is nothing short of reprehensible "customer service".
I'm guessing you got this fixed by now, but just in case. There is a DVR refresh button under the menu. Sometimes when my MRDVR will not communicate with the other boxes, if you do this it corrects the problem. Good luck. I can surely understand your frustration, I too have been there.
