I have the same problem. Sometimes when the popup box comes and tells me that the hub cannot be found, if I quickly push the stop button, it'll save my place. Once connection with the hub is lost, you have to cycle the power on the settop box to allow it to connect again (since the hub thinks it's still streaming). This resets the connection. But yes, a HUGE PAIN IN THE BUTT that you lose your place and have to fast forward from the beginning. On long football games, I stop and resume every now and again in the hopes it won't disconnect. Fast forwarding through 2 hours takes a LONG time. Here's hoping Verizon gets that fixed in a firmware upgrade or something, because it's a definite frustration.
