Multi-room DVR : Error When trying to record certain channels

When attempting to record certain shows/channels I receive an error when trying to schedule the recording.

 

Example:

If we try to record "Big Love" on HBOSIG HD (channel 904) at 11:00 on 2/20 via my remote, I receive teh following error message:

CONFLICT

This channel cannoy be recorded!

Please contact Operator.

 

If we try to record "Big Love" on HBOSIG HD (channel 904) at 11:00 on 2/20 via a web browser, I receive the following error message:

Attention!

There was an error while processing your

request. Please check the status of STB

and try again later. 

Help.

PS. I have reviewed the "Scheduled Programs" on the DVR via the web interface and I have "0 Scheduled Programs"
