I recently renewed ny FIOS contract. I had 2 DVRs (Basement and LIving Room) and one set top box (STB) in bedroom. When my new contract was initialized I can now watch TV and record on Basement DVR like under old contract. I can only watch TV on Living Room DVR (it acts like a STB only). I cannot record on the Living Room DVR (it is not recognized) and I lost all the recorded programs on the Living Room DVR. What happened?

What model STBs do you have?
