Sometimes when we try and playback a DVR recorded program and attempt to fast forward, the program goes all the way back to the beginning of the program.
We have just gotten the 1.62 media guide update. Will this solve the problem. I have one HD STB and 2 Standard Definition STB's.
Verizon stated along time ago that this is a recognized problem and they were working on a fix.
