My DVR says it has 0 capacity

It seems to have deleted everything I had recorded and won't record anything new. Is this somehow an issue with Sandy or do I need to set up an appointment to get a new box?

To be more precise, it says I have 0 hours of capacity on the entire DVR - so it's 100% full even though it has nothing on it. I can't even rewind live TV.
