Re: #4, HD on Demand.  The FX network show Rescue Me (and maybe Damages) were available HD on-demand on Comcast, but no FX shows are on-demand at Verizon (not even in SD).   Sounds like the channel is providing this content to Comcast, but Verizon doesn't have it.

I have never seen Rescue me, but when It's Always Sunny starts, and sons of anarchy starts back up I would love the On Demand..... in HD too

If you are going to make a wish list, I have to think "Decent SD picture quality on HD boxes" should be on there.

Maybe that's asking to much, but I learned a long time ago, if you are going to wish, wish big.

Another vote/request for FX HD to be added to ON DEMAND.   BTW, why can't you pause, fast-forward or reverse when watching On Demand?    I had it at Comcast.   At least pause would be nice........    Bob

Certain VOD assets take away the ability to use any kind of control when watching, usually with the primetime VOD (ABC, NBC, etc).
