Just after the most recent Verizon web site change, my favorites stopped working from the web programming app.
I can see all channels, but when I click the favorites heart, nothing comes up.
Favorites are visible from the STB.
Also, the DVR view from the web programming app is no longer accessible.
I rebooted the STB, but that has not changed this issue.
I can no longer program recordings from the web view:
I can successfully record from the STB hand held controller.
Is anyone else seeing something similar?
Can anyone from Verizon help me resolve this issue?

Router was the culprit. Internet access seemed normal, but the router could not handshake with the STB.
Replacing the router resolved this issue.
