Need Cable Card

I'm trying to find a local store where i can pick up a cable card for my computer to watch TV.

The only option i see is to order online and pay $20 for shipping. That's the same as paying for 4 months of cable card rental

Is there a local place in Princeton/Lawrenceville NJ where i can pick a cable card or am i stuck paying $20 for having it shipped ? This means i would have to pay another $20 to ship the SD receiver back once the cable card is working ?

Verizon should have local stores 15-20 miles to support their customers

guess i have to pay the $20 for shipping or gas 😞
