Hi, It has been more than 45 days. I am still yet to receive my netflix promo. When i contacted the Verizon agent. They told me to contact Netflix. When i called Netflix, they told me to contact you but end of the day, i am not getting what Verizon promised. Please help. Regards, Vinod

You might want to erase your phone number (admis will do it anyway).
This is a public forum.

Don't think you want your number getting out.

And this is mainly a user supported forum

I also have a similar situation.  I've been calling verizion since I singed up in January for the status of my Netflix code.  Most agents tell me to call the promotion department and give me a number that no one answers.  I also got forwarded to a third party company where I actually spoke to someone and they said they were going to mail me the netfilx activation code in which I never received. I signed up over 4 months ago and I still do not have my free 1 year netflix account code that will allow me to sign up.  Please help!

Hi Anthony13,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
