Why would FiOS go to the trouble to allow the STB to have dedicated Netflix access only to block it?
What issue are you having?
Does channel not come up at all, can't sign in?

I believe: Menu>Settings >System Information, scroll to page two and reset the Netflix app. Exit out and restart the box.

Stops at 24% everytime. Reset doesnt work. Very frustrating

Try going to settings >customer support >top support tools>fix Fios TV issues and let it run. Then try the Netflix reset.

Muddling around in the support settings I hit "reboot device". That seemed to work. However, this issue has happened on 3 of my six boxes ever since I upgraded to FiosOne. I have unplugged a box in the past to fix issue and it seems to be reoccurring. I'm hoping for a more permanent fix. I'll see what happens. Thanks for advice
