New 500gb dvr email

I signed up to receive the new 500 gb dvr and I received my email. Everytime I click on the icon it tries to retrieve records. Then it comes back and says we cannot finish the request and to check back later. Well I've been trying this for days and it keeps coming back with the same message. Has anyone had this problem before?

Try clearing your cookies and temp files. That has worked for some in the past.

Also, are you using Internet Explorer? or another browser? If another, try IE. Sometimes Verizon sites have issues with other browsers. Not often but on occasion.
