All I want to do is swap out a STD set top for an HD box. I was on hold with Verizon this morning for 20 minutes and when someone came on to say they would transfer me to the correct person I was disconnected. Would someone please tell me how to successfully do this in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks!
The best thing to do is waiting until the off-peak hours. Mondays are crazy and even Verizon employees tiring to call billing have a wait. If you end up in technical support, the agent should be able to transfer you straight to the respective billing for your area. It may not be directly to a billing agent, but it will bypass the automated system.
