New Self Install and no guide and STB reboots

For some reason I am unable to see the guide or program info.  Also, the box seems to reboot every 15 minutes or so and flashes a red light on the STB.  PLEASE HELP!

Could be bad box I would try manual rest un plug box wait app. A minute before plugging in again after live tv reappears wait a couple of minutss try & access menu guides etc.

I had the same issue.  After resetting the box a number of times via In-Home-Agent and doing a manual reset as suggested, I finally got the guide and other remote functions working.
