I had to have one of my set top boxes (I have 2) replaced last week, and when the tech replaced it all my previous channels were supposed to be uploaded to the new box. Initially, it looked as if they were – but I found out later that evening a number of channels (Military History, Smithsonian, OWN, and a few others) said I wasn’t subscribed. I was never “subscribed” to these before, and my other box still allows these channels to work with no issues. What’s going on??

This is mainly a peer to peer support forum.
Usually a channel has a notice and I think it will tell you to hit a button to troubleshoot.
Have you tried that?
