Wanted to know if anyone else is having trouble getting boxes, have conf# also email from

verizon. You call about it and it doesn't exist?

The QIP-2500 is no longer offered, all STBs are HD now but will work on a SD TV. There are discounts based on the number of HD boxes you subscribe. But I have no idea what they are going to do with the existing SD QIP-2500 boxes.

 

If you go to the equipment page and hit the + sign in the details. It says "Order 2 or more Set Top Boxes and save"

Now here are the savings, but I have no idea what is going to happen with existing customers. I ran into this over the weekend when I enquired about an SD STB. Can't get them.
