All new customers are getting the rev i's or at least they are supposed to. If you have quantum its required anyways so they have to give you one.

Just keep in mind if you dont buy one you will see the $4.99 router rental fee charge on your bill.

My FiOS Triple Play Bundle w/Internet 35/35 does not list a separate monthly charge for their Actiontec wireless b/g router.
If I upgrade to Quantum TV the online order includes the Wireless N router and states the fee is waived.
Does this mean I will not be charged an additional monthly fee to receive a new router w/a Quantum TV order?

If you are already grandfathered into a plan before the rental fees came into play then yes you wont see them. New customers will though.
