Nick HD & Comedy Central HD "currently unavailable"

Hello,

 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem.  All my other HD channels are working fine.  Only Nick HD & Comedy Central HD getting the "currently unavailable" screen.

 

PLEASE HELP!!

Looks like others had this same problem.

Does anyone know how to fix it?? I don't quite understand what they mean by ONT or SNR...

ONT is Optical Network Terminal and is the box outside your house. The ONT converts fiber-optic light signals to copper/electric signal, most likely to a co-axial cable using the MOCA (Multimedia over Coax Alliance) standard..

 

SNR is Signal to Nose Ratio, a measure of siganl quality.

Just called up  BOTH Comey Central HD Ch 690 and Nick HD Ch 752

in Bergen County NJ

approx 12:20 pm 4-28-2013

 

Hope yours are back in business.
