No Clock

New to Verizon, two boxes. The one in the livingroom displays the clock, the one in the bedroom does not. Went into the setting to change it to display clock, don't even have the option in the settings. What do I do?

What box do youhave that won't display a clock? The DCT-700 (digital adapter) and the QIP7100-P2 (black HD box) don't have a display. If you have either of these there is nothing you can do.
